It is our job to pre-screen all job applicants to more closely match the person to your job requirements. We bear the cost of recruiting and verifying the eligibility of the applicants with the necessary qualifications for the particular job requirements.
We manage the payroll overhead costs of staffing including tax withholdings, workers compensation, Affordable Care Act requirements, etc. We assign a payroll specialist as a liaison who can address any payroll and /or billing issues.
Verification & Prescreening
When a candidate is presented to you, they have been through an internal prescreening process in addition to whatever requirements that you may request.
